Causation and apportionment opinions

Whether a spine or nerve injury was caused or worsened by a specific event, and how much is preexisting degenerative change.

Future medical care and life-care input

Whether spine or neurosurgical care met the accepted standard, in cases involving other surgeons.

Yes. He is an actively practicing neurosurgeon at Las Vegas Neurosurgical Institute.

Which states is he licensed in?

Nevada, California, Arizona, Utah, Texas and Wisconsin.

How quickly can he review a case?

Turnaround depends on the volume of records and his surgical schedule. Tell the coordinator about any court deadline when you first call.

Yes. His current CV, testimony list and fee schedule are sent on request after a conflict check.

Does he see patients through lien or letter-of-protection arrangements?
